Christopher C.S. Chong
President & CEO

Christopher brings over 25 years of executive experience in media, technology and web marketing. Christopher has held key positions with companies in Canada and the United States. Notable positions include CEO of Chalk Media Corporation, which produced network television and lifestyle shows, in-flight programming, online learning and marketing solutions for global technology brands and Director of Business Development for Blast Radius, the premier provider of web marketing for brands such as Nike, Nintendo, BMW and Air Canada. Early in his career, Christopher founded Vancouver Online Inc., a pioneering online community for destination based web portals and local shopping. Christopher has been a guest university lecturer and is a sought after speaker for his expertise in marketing and technology.

Bill Morton
VP, Operations

Since joining SST in 2010, Bill has overseen all aspects of day-to-day operations including careful management and relationships with customers and suppliers and ensuring that all SST projects are delivered on time and within budget. His background as an owner of a fleet service and repair company affords him intimate knowledge and experience with mechanical operations, fabrication and design.

Carmen Adair

Carmen Adair is a seasoned senior executive with over 40 years of business experience.  Mr. Adair founded and co-owned Arcona Health Inc. (1979) a very successful medical and dental distribution business.   Arcona became a national Canadian company with annual sales of $65 million, which was later sold to Henry Schein Inc. (1998), a US Fortune 500 company. Mr. Adair continued in management with Henry Schein Inc. until 2002, and for a further 4 years after the acquisition of Ash Temple, where he led the integration of two $125 million Canadian companies. During that time, Mr. Adair was the COO of Henry Schein Canada – a $250 million enterprise.   Mr. Adair left Henry Schein as an active senior executive in 2006.

Mr. Adair is current Chair, and was past director and Chair of SST Wireless Inc. (2010 – 2013), in addition to sitting on the board of several additional private companies and is a significant investor in numerous private ventures.  Mr. Adair has recently entered back into the Canadian dental business with a vision of creating a national company once again—he is well on the way as President of Cheeta Alliance.

Beyond the dental business, Mr. Adair is a member of the B.C. Angel Forum, was past Chairman of the B.C. Weightlifting Association (2003 – 2013), and past 3-time Canadian Weightlifting Champion. In addition, Mr. Adair makes time for competitive tennis, weightlifting and his many hobbies including guitar, piano and remote control aircraft flying.

Peter Jeffrey

Peter Jeffrey was born and educated in England where he obtained his Chartered Accountancy degree (FCA).  After holding positions in Africa with Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and in the Bahamas with First City Bank of New York, Peter settled in Vancouver in 1974.

Mr. Jeffrey brings a broad range of executive management experience having held senior management positions with various Canadian companies, as well as numerous boards and associations.  Previous roles include President of FormaShape/Whitewater Composites Ltd. in Kelowna, where he received recognition for his achievements including “Innovative Organization of the Year” by the Okanagan Science & Technology Council; President & CEO of Avcorp Industries, a Canadian aerospace manufacturing company that he grew to near $100 million in revenues.

Over the years, Peter has become a well-recognized member of the business community through his many leadership positions: director on the Vancouver Board of Trade (VBOT), a member of the Vancouver Airport Authority Special Committee, director of Napier Environmental Technologies Inc., director of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), as well as director of the Canuck Place Hospice Board.

Currently, Mr. Jeffrey is President of PDJ & Associates, his own consulting company which specializes in change management, strategic planning, company turnarounds, business plan development and facilitation of strategic planning sessions for company’s and associations. In addition to being a director of SST Wireless, he also currently sits on the Board of Decisive Dividend Corporation (a Canadian public company), the Advisory Board of the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission and President of the Okanagan Peer Mentoring Group for company executives.

Graham Schnare
Director, Secretary

Graham’s 15 years of wireless experience has been focused on identifying marketing opportunities, developing a strategic plan and executing. Graham has been involved globally with several companies involved in satellite broadcasting and data communications. Prior to founding SST Wireless, Graham served as the International Sales Manager for ICM Corporation based in Denver, Colorado and with BTV, a division of Echo Star.
